Performance Mountain Running is a guided running community with an emphasis on performance in the mountains.

For us it’s not the race times that are important, your love of running and desire to improve is the fundamental reason for us being here…though if we can help you get a few minutes here or there then, that’s great too.

  • How should I pace my run to make sure I maximise my fitness potential? What is the best strategy? What about other racers?

  • Where is my race? Can I train in those conditions or in that environment? What if I can’t? What can I do to give me the best opportunity to perform?

  • Do I need anything in particular for this race? Am I able to recce the route? Do I have a crewing option? What training can I achieve in the build-up? How can I problem-solve in the build-up?

  • Am I comfortable on the terrain that I am racing on? What can I do if I’m not? How can I maximise my strengths and address my weaknesses?
