These ‘classic’ distance performance skills days or weekends focus more on the shorter distance races, those sub-ultra efforts typically around half-marathon distance, plus or minus a little extra here and there.

We cater for individuals or small groups of up to four. Again, as with all of our courses, these skills days and / or weekends are aimed at those with a desire to perform better in the mountains and in races.

We can base ourselves in Keswick and devise challenging routes from there, or explore other areas of the Lake District, scoping out sections of challenge rounds or races on your calendar.

Please note that we have very limited availability for 2023…

I’m interested! What happens next?

Once you’ve clicked on the ‘SCRATCH THAT ITCH’ link below and inputted some quick contact information you will receive an email from us detailing accommodation options, travel hubs for the Lake District, payment details and timelines, route details (though these are likely to be finalised closer to the date of the weekend), and personal contact numbers for ourselves so that you can get in touch with any questions you may have or points for clarification.
