ULTRA DISTANCE SKILLS

GUIDED by GEORGE FOSTER and ROB BROWN

FRIDAY 1st SEPTEMBER - SUNDAY 3rd SEPTEMBER

Based in Keswick, Cumbria, we will spend the weekend talking all things ultra running. This weekend is aimed at those who have some experience of trail running and are looking to step up to their first ultra, or those with a few ultras under their belt who are looking to learn, improve and move into more mountainous terrain, such as the Lake District.

The focus of the weekend will be on the various elements which need to be considered to perform in an ultra, particularly in the mountains, including nutrition, navigation, planning, pacing, kit and equipment, efficiency and much more. You will be treated to a presentation on the Saturday evening at a local venue from George Foster, a GB ultra-trail runner.

The weekend will be delivered by fully qualified Mountain Leaders and Ultra Coaches, with plenty of experience and local knowledge to make sure you experience the best trails and get the most from your weekend.

In collaboration with the good people at Maverick Race, we are offering a 15% discount to any runners from the Maverick community.
